Refund policy

We kindly invite you to inspect and try on your items upon delivery while the courier is present. Please note that the shipping fee is payable regardless of whether you decide to keep the items. Once the order has been approved and the courier has departed, all sales become final and we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds.
